1. Services
- Document review and consultation for Canadian work visa applications.
- Resume preparation services.
- Clients are responsible for providing all required documents; the Company does not create documents but ensures the provided materials meet visa requirements.
- Payments can be made either via the client portal at http://canada.ca.allconsul.com/ or the main page of the site. However, payments are only valid after completing the data form required for resume preparation.
2. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information in the client portal.
- Ensure the data provided is complete for the requested services.
3. Data Retention
Client data is stored in the client portal at http://canada.ca.allconsul.com/ for six months after the completion of services.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are available only if the Company makes an error.
- Cancellation within 2 hours of payment will result in a full refund.
- After 2 hours, refunds are not available as the work is considered to have begun.
- Refunds can be processed via Stripe or by email request to **kojonovernis22@gmail.com**.
5. Disclaimer of Guarantee
As with any other company, we cannot guarantee 100% approval of a client’s visa application. Visa issuance depends solely on the decision of the immigration officer, as governed by applicable laws. If the candidate is refused or decides not to apply, the Company is not liable.
6. Company Liability
The Company is not responsible for visa rejections or decisions made by Canadian immigration authorities.
7. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to update these terms and notify users through the website.
